This was really helpful since I recently got my hands on a whole turkey. 

 

Just a question, it's a small bird, what parts should the Pugs not eat aside from a drumstick? Are thigh bones too dense, too? 

 

One more question (sorry! :P ), what's the cheapest you can go as far as quality is concerned when buying a good knife? I'm on a budget, but I need something to hack through the turkey, haha :/

Okay, I'll give them a try. It's not big, so I think it might be easier for them to work through. They do okay on beef prime rib roasts and pork ribs, I figured the density was close to those.

 

That's actually pretty good for pricing, right around the amount I was looking to spend :)
