How do you guys ask for tripe at the farm? Do they just know what "tripe" is, or do you have to explain it? I hope she understands what I meant, I just explained it as the stomach lining. I hope she has that to offer. I only ever hear of like cow or lamb tripe, but is pork tripe allowed, is that even a thing?

Tripe is from the stomachs of ruminants, like cow, goat, lamb, and deer.

Have a food-grade bucket with a lid that seals if your going to pick up green tripe, "green" meaning unprocessed and unbleached tripe, with just the stomach grass shaken out.
Green tripe is good stuff, dogs love it, but it smells pretty bad.
