Can I post pictures of my pups on my profile? If so, how?

I will have to check to see if that is an option we can have here. I do know you can have a picture on your profile as a "banner"

Has anyone ever fed goat?

I have 5 lbs. of goat meat in the freezer. I think its loin but not sure. The package does not specify the cut. Can I just feed as I do other sources of prey? Are there any precautions I should be aware of?

Goat is great to feed, mine love it.  Introduce as any other red meat, my dogs did get pretty bad gas from it but we went full bore into big meals so I would recommend adding a little at a time and work your way up.

Yup. I have fed goat. I don't think there are any precautions other than just handling it the way you would with other meats.

That's surprising to hear, Jenny. Figured there'd be goats on every corner in AL. :P

We have friends of friends who raise goats, but I'm not sure if they sell them for meat ....... They're kinda major hippies. lol

Oh they are around, I just haven't found any meat to feed yet. I'm still looking for a good deal on one to slaughter and let the dogs try. All of them I find here are Boar goats which is what I want to feed, but dang, they are expensive!
