Awww, best buds already! There's something about puppies that sometimes brings out the puppy in an older dog. I love seeing it!

What did he chew/poop/pee on?
That day he ate my roommate's headphones when I was in the bathroom (I guess, that's the only time he could have). He also kept trying to get in the trash and eventually managed to knock it over. I need a new trash can. Then he ran to the door and as I was running over to let him out, he just peed there. He also absolutely refused to go on his walk that day, wouldn't even leave the house without me dragging him. Sigh, puppies, lol.
He was much better today! No idea what got into his head that day.

Morgan made some new friends! I was walking him when I met a woman with an English Pointer/Pitbull mix. We ended up going to her house and letting the dogs play for a while (along with her roommate's dogs). Hopefully we can go over there again .

They are, I'm covered in mud right now. He dug a hole today and was so excited about it that he did a lap around the yard and then jumped up on me.
Ahhaah, my friend has a Boston Terrier who does this. Or he jumps in mud puddles and completely immerses himself in it, and then jumps
Your little man is getting big! So cute, love the face in the last pic

Morgan's doing well. Him and Sophie tear through the house like maniacs several times a day, haha. He has a lot of energy, we go on long walks and also do some light jogging (nothing intense or long, I know he can't yet!) daily. He loves the flirt pole and is starting some k9 nose work stuff. He knows Come, Sit, Stay (although we're still working on it), Go in your crate, Wait (for food that's been dropped), Settle (for when he gets too rowdy inside), Look at me (which has somehow also tranformed into a heel), Target, and Paw. We're trying to do Lie down and Leave it right now. He's still not really crate-trained, still panics when he hears the door and is crated. I'm trying to work with him slowly on that. We have a decent local dog park with reasonable owners so he's been going there and loves it. I also took him to a restaurant the other day, Mellow Mushroom. They allow dogs in the outdoor seating. He was super well-behaved for a puppy! We walked there (just a mile) so he was pretty calm until the very end.
He also hilariously "points" at joggers for some reason, it's awesome, haha. I'm trying to encourage him to point out birds but it's just for fun, I don't plan on hunting or anything. I am, however, super interested in dock diving so I'm praying he'll swim when we try once it warms up.
Here he is tonight, giving me the puppy eyes:
